We only price match with identical items, variations such as colour, size and style are not accepted. the item must be full price (discounted, promotional and sale items are not eligible for price guarantee). we will only price match an item once it has been purchased from MCM operated under Al-Moallim group and it must be claimed within 21 days of your order date. Your order will be shipped in a neutral box to discourage theft. Inside, your items will be wrapped in tissue paper. Accessories and shoes will be boxed, while handbags and large leather goods will be delivered in an MCM fabric bag for protection.
Please contact our customer service department any day of the week, from Sunday to Thursday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM KSA time, to initiate an investigation with our shipping partner.
Simply make your selections and add them to your bag as usual. The option to select a pickup store will appear at checkout if it’s available for your item. Enter your address details to locate the store where you would like to pick up. Once you’ve selected a store, you may proceed to complete checkout and provide payment information.
When you place an order and select the store for pickup, you will be directed to the payment portal. Once the payment is completed, your order will be processed.
Once you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email or SMS. Simply bring your order confirmation email (mobile or a printed copy) to the store, along with a valid government photo ID, to pick up your items. Your order will be held for 72 hours from the time you receive the “ready for pickup” email or SMS. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled and the authorization will be removed from your account within 3-15 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by your card's issuing bank.

Yes, we do offer the option to have someone pick up your order on your behalf. They must be able to present your photo ID and the order confirmation email (mobile or a printed copy) when they arrive at the store.
No, you cannot return the item in the store. You must email us at customercare@mcmworldwide.sa to process the return.
You can contact customer support care at customercare@mcmworldwide.sa and request a return. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return / refund may not be possible.

We have a Fourteen (14) return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, undamaged and in perfect condition with all tags, and in its original packaging, branded boxes, dust bag (if applicable), protective outer box ( if placed inside a for shipping etc. ). You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and any other related information that may be required to understand and ensure the validity of such return.
There is a period of 2 days for any Legit return, such as if the item(s) is/are found to be damaged upon delivery, having a manufacturing fault or whether the item(s) is/are not what you ordered originally from the website.
* No Shipping fee is required for legit returns.
* No return or exchange is allowed for items that are discounted at 70% or more.
* Items that are discounted from 30% to 70% will be subject to a charge of SAR 100 on returned and/or exchanged.
* Items that are discounted below 30% will be subject to a charge of SAR 55 on returned and/or exchanged.
* Gift wraps will be subject to a charge of SAR 75 on all discounted items.
* Please expect minor scratches and/or imperfections on discounted items that will be dealt with policy mentioned above.
EXCEPTION / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We regret to inform that returns for all accessory products aren't applicable such as: Jewelry, fragrances, watches, sunglasses etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
*Please ensure that any requests made for damaged items after the period of 2 days from the date of the receipt, shall not be entertained as a Legit return shall be charged as a Non-Legit return accordingly*
RETURN PROCEDURE
In case of a return, customer is advised to make a request for a return by sending us an email at customercare@mcmworldwide.sa once received our Customer Care team will contact the customer via email/contact numbers provided by customer within 24 to 48 hours of receiving of such return request. If the return request is accepted by the company's relevant department (The company reserves the rights not to accept any return), we shall generate a return label for our shipping company to be notified with the return order information. Upon receiving the return label, our shipping company will get in touch with the customer to ensure a time for the collection of the item(s). Once the item is collected, it shall be delivered to us and the customer shall be notified of the successful return.
*It is important to note that non-availability or delayed responses/action from customer side sometimes may make this process longer than expected. We therefore request our customers to ensure their prompt response and availability on the agreed date & time with our Customer Care and/or with the courier/logistic company.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving acceptance/rejection of customer's return request our customer care will get in touch with customer and will inform to the customer regarding the status of refund. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded the full face value of undamaged returned items less any delivery charges and cash handling fees where applicable on the original payment method used for any purchases. Please remember it can take some time for customer's bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note this policy is applicable on the purchases done at mcmworldwide.sa only. Any claims, changes or refunds related to the products purchased in MCM's chain stores or from distributors of MCM brand, will not be the responsibility of the online store. Therefore, the customer must address to Brick and Mortar stores or agents in order to deal with the claims or questions related to them.

EXCHANGE
Exchange is allowed only for Footwear products and within two (2) days form the day of the receipt.
Exchange is only eligible for the same purchased value or higher.
With proper care, your MCM items are designed to withstand the demands of regular wear and guaranteed to last a lifetime. Here are a few things to keep in mind as you enjoy your MCM items:
● Take care when inserting heavier items into handbags, backpacks and luggage, so you do not damage or deform the product.
● Direct exposure to humidity, moisture, sweat and heat may transfer color or change the shape of the product.
● Direct exposure to sunlight or illumination may discolor the product.
● Alcohol and oily substances, such as perfumes or cosmetic products, may damage or contaminate the product.
● External friction or shock may cause color transfer, contamination and abrasion—especially on brightly colored items.
● Place your item in a dust bag and store it in a dry, cool place. Keep the item in its intended shape and make sure its handle or shoulder strap is not pressed or creased.
● Use a soft, dry cloth to gently tap and blot the product to remove any soiling before storage.
● Never dry clean your leather bags and accessories.
EXOTIC SKINS:
● Please handle exotics with care. The surface of the skin can rub off due to external friction, and scales can rise or detach due to external shock.
FOR EMBOSSED LEATHERS:
● Please treat embossed leather items with care. External friction may cause their surfaces to scale off.
● Products with an embossed logo should be treated with extra care, as the logo can be bent out of shape under heavy weight.
● The logo area of an enamel-coated product may be subject to shifts in color.
FOR METALLIC LEATHERS:
● Please handle metallics with care, as the folding portion may become wrinkled or cracked.
● Exposure to sunlight or illumination may cause discoloration. Always store items in a cool, dry place.
● Traces of metallic powder can come off of the item onto clothing or upholstery.
FOR JEWELERY, STUDS AND STONES:
● Handle jewelry and any items featuring studs or stones with care. External pressure can damage these embellishments. Studs and stones may scratch or damage other objects.
